This cozy and very charming studio is located at Summerwinds in the heart of PTown. It is one block from Commercial Street on the West End. You can walk to the Boat Slip, Mussel Beach Gym and Grand Union within minutes. This studio has been completely renovated... everything in it is brand new. Amenities include a refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave oven, Avanti Countertop Mini Oven with two burners for those who like to cook and all the kitchen utensils that you could possibly need. There is also a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a CD player and an extremely comfortable queen sized Murphy bed. Even on those rainy days, it's a very comfortable and cozy place to just hang out in and watch movies. There is an outside shared deck with two Cape Cod style lounge chairs where you can sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail and watch the world go by. This unit has central A/C and an exclusive parking spot on site.

The studio was wonderful and the owners are extremely nice and helpful. Everything was just right - cozy, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. There's a supermarket and a laundromat in easy walking distance and the heart of Provincetown is at your fingertips.
The kitchen is fine for making simple meals and coffee and the deck is divine for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine.

The description was accurate. The place was clean, well outfitted, and well managed. The murphy bed was a good idea and very comfortable - when not in use it opened up the space nicely. The bath was full and newly remodeled. The kitchenette was well appointed, though small. For the money this was an exceptional value. Only complaint was a funky central air conditioner that required a tap on the side of the unit to get it started. We would definately do this again.

cozy spot in Ptown

Renting this condo was my first experience using Cyberrentals...and it worked out great. The owners were always pleasant, easy to work with and responded to communications in a timely manner. The condo lived up to its description. Yes, it is a studio - just right for one, a couple or two really close friends - but it was cozy, clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Don't let the Murphy bed turn you off - it's not hard to deal with and was very comfortable. The unit is in a great location (especially if you're driving): close to main roads (and easier to get out of town if you drive there - but I would grab a cab if you're coming by ferry)...convenient to shops, restaurants (and good pizza right across the street), a bike rental shop (easy to pick up and drop off), socializing (Gifford House, Boatslip within a couple blocks), etc - but away from the Commercial St. crowds when you want to get away from that. It's also within easy walking distance to the only major supermarket in town (and most B&Bs, guesthouses in Ptown can't say that). A great experience for me.
