It doesn't get better than this! Location, Condition and Fun! Watch the Cowell Beach surfers from this prime location. One short Block to beaches, the wharf and the Boardwalk. A short stroll to tree-lined Pacific Avenue for shops and dining.. Stones throw to West Cliff Drive biking/walking trails and lighthouse park.A Short drive to the Harbor - take an evening sunset sail, or just watch the Wednesday evening sailboat races. Go fishing from the wharf, or take a fishing charter out on the bay. Golf is nearby, as well as many wineries. Nearly new pristine condition with Hardwood floors, fireplaces, ceiling fans - very very nice. Private hot tub in rear yard. *****some bedding configurations are not suitable for adults**** 1-car garage; 1-car driveway and adjacent shared-guest parking, seasonal permit-required street parking also included Weekly housekeeping discounts for longer stays. Small Pets may be allowed upon agreement to established cleanliness guideline
