Spacious Home with Water View. Large formal great room, fully furnished kitchen, dining table seating for 8, and TV room with comfortable couches. Three private bedrooms, plus loft and pull out sofa. Internet & cable t.v. provided. Outside deck with gas grill and furniture. 3 - 4 car driveway. Nice neighborhood. 500 feet walk to association beach & storage for watercraft. Outside shower hot & cold. Short drive to State/Town beaches & Block Island Ferry. Many good restaurants in the area. Association beach and picnic area 500 feet from home and two town and two state beaches within minutes

Narragansett is located southeastern Rhode Island with numerous state and town beaches within minutes. Less than 3 min. to Scarborough State Beach or Narragansett Pier Town Beach. Narragansett itself offers shops, many restaurants, antique shops, dinner cruises, fishing trips, bicycle and canoe rentals and trips to Block Island. Point Judith and Galilee are just a few minutes away where fresh lobster can be purchased off the boats. The US Coast Guard Light House, stone piers and 'climbing rocks' on the ocean side are our favorite sunset locations in Narragansett. The house is located in Briggs Farm, near the water on the bay side, with a small beach for the Association. University of Rhode Island is only 15 minutes and in less than 30 minutes you can be in Newport, for the mansions, fine shops and restaurants. Providence is 40 min. with the 7 story Providence Place Mall, Brown Univ., RISDI, Zoo, river rides and numerous cultural attractions of a large city.

  • No extra fee for end of stay cleaning, as long as house is left in same condition it was found in. Walk through conducted every Saturday for cleanliness and damage check.
  • An overall cleaning will be completed just prior to the Saturday rental start date
    and is already included in the fee.
    If a more extensive cleaning is required, renter will be billed for excessive charges.
