This property is the perfect waterfront location for your next family getaway. There are five acres with many large trees that provide a great deal of privacy. A huge parking area allows for cars, boats, and other gear. The house faces west and allows for beautiful waterfront sunsets. There is a main house and a guest house, that are 5,000 square ft. total, and is perfect for large families to have plenty of room. The main house has 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The guest has 2 bedrooms with 2 baths. Both homes have their own kitchens. The property has a new pool with a fence, and a new dock. The hot-tub room faces the water and is the perfect place to have drinks in the evening, and watch the sun set. The crabbing is fantastic, and we provide you with two large crab traps, and nets. There are activities such as; horseshoes, croquet, and badmitten provided for you on the property. The fishing is great for kids and we have some poles at the house.

Great for Family Reunions and Wedding Parties: There's 5 acres and 2 houses on this exquisite waterfront. Lots of privacy, fabulous sunsets, crabbing, fishing, boating, and relaxation.rfront property! Many quaint waterfront towns like Oxford, St. Michaels, Cambridge, and Easton are within a short drive. These small towns have colonial style waterfront buildings, museums, dock bars, shops, and great seafood. The house is 15 min from Cambridge wich has a wal-mart, a grocery store, and a local seafood disributer. There is also a Hyatt Regency in Cambridge that has spas for the ladies and golf for the men.

Great Get Away!: Lots of privacy, fabulous sunsets, crabbing, fishing, boating, and relaxation.

Other Activities: The creek is perfect for kayaking!
