Immaculate, bright cottage with ivy and geranium-filled window boxes and borders, less than a quarter mile to Cape Cod Bay at Rock Harbor. Follow a private road to walk, bike or drive to the harbor. Spectacular sunsets at Rock Harbor are often accompanied by a steel band. The charter fishing fleet is the largest on the east coast. Watch them come in and unload the day's catch. Short drive or walk across the flats at low tide to Skaket Beach. Get a license, dig and steam your own clams. Less than a mile to the center of town and bike trail. Drive about three miles to the ocean beach at Nauset for sunbathing, swimming, surfing and fishing.

Notes: Spacious and private back yard with large enclosed outdoor shower. Washer and dryer in lower level. Garage space for storage of bicycles, golf clubs, beach chairs, toys, etc. (no automobiles). Parking area for boat and trailer next to the garage. (Public boat ramps are located at both Orleans and Eastham sides of Rock Harbor.) Oscillating fans in living, dining and bedrooms. We have return guests who have allergies, so no smoking and no pets will be permitted.
