Boston Whaler or the kayaks, but a taller or larger boat may use the boat ramp only 500 feet away. This is a neighborhood boat ramp that is perfect for your boat. The County just re-constructed this ramp and made it great for your boat. Not much parking for the public, so it is not crowded at all. Perfect for my home since I am two doors away. You will love this home and want to return year after year. The pool is a heated volleyball pool which means the center is the deepest at about 6 feet. Volleyball net and ball in the garage. Great views from pool, and hot tub and most rooms from this home.
