This home is absolutely awesome! 4,000 sq. ft. on the intracoastal waterway and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. This home sits on the narrow part of the Island so you have the best of both worlds. Large game room with bar downstairs. Pool table, bunk beds, bathroom, and a classic bar in this room. LCD TV/DVD. Out the back door you will enter to the screen porch with another outdoor bar. Upstairs you will find an eat in kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped. 100 sq.ft. of granite countertops. Glass doors to the upper deck overlooking the pool and beautiful views of the waterway. 2 master suites and 2 bedrooms on this floor. The largest master bedroom has glass doors with views of the pool and waterway. Craftmatic bed that vibrates and reclines. Great room with large screen TV, Living room with baby grand piano, large desk for the business person on the go, DSL and wireless. All 4 bedrooms.have DVD/TV and some with TV/DVD/VCR. Two master suites. Large fence yard with gated entrance.
