I wanted to thank you very much for renting your apartment to me and my family. It was a perfect location for us. My wife's grandmother only lives about 2 miles away. The convenience to shopping and grocery stores were great. The accommodations were exactly what we needed and the next time we go to Scottsdale, I hope the place is vacant so we can rent it again.

Extremely clean and close to everything

My girlfriend and I stayed at this property. Ryan and his team do an exceptional job before, during, and after your stay. The unit itself was in excellent condition. It is very nicely decorated and really felt like home. The view from the master bedroom window of Camelback Mountain was a nice treat. The property was well maintened, very clean, and extremely quiet. Parking is very abundant and extremely close to the unit. You are within walking distance to the Fashion mall and countless shops, restruants and bars. As well, you are a very close drive to anything you could want, including the Airport, ASU, etc. If you are looking for a great townhome at a great price with excellent customer service, this unit is a must!!

Great experience and service

Our stay at the Camelback House was very enjoyable and we would definitely stay there again if we were to return to Scottsdale. The owner did a great job in helping us to find a location that suited our needs for our stay in Scottsdale. We were able to book the condo within a week of arriving in Phoenix with absolutely no problems and there was constant contact to make sure we were enjoying our stay. This was the perfect location since it was close to downtown Scottsdale (we went to "downtown" Phoenix and Glendale, and Scottsdale was by far the most lively). There was shopping about a 2 minute walk from the condo and all of the restaurants that we went to in the area were delicious and also within walking distance. The property was very clean and had everything that we needed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property if you are going to stay in Phoenix/Scottsdale.

Wow, The camelback house townhome was great. The rate was fair and the location was perfect. I got more than i expected for the price! The Manager/ owner was easy to work with as well.

As good as Scottsdale gets.

My girfriend and I stayed at this unit 2 weeks ago and had a blast. The manager was very helpfull and the location could not be better. The only thing we did not like was that there was no telphone in the unit. We had our cell phone so it was not the end of the world but ut would have been nice. The condo is two story so it feels extra big and there is lots of privacy.
