This home is direct waterfront, with amazing views from every room and fabulous outdoor space. Casa Maria boasts over 1200 square feet of outdoor decks and plenty of green lawn for relaxation and fun in the sun.

This home has direct access to the intercoastal. Outdoor teak dining table seats 10. For your enjoyment Casa Maria provides: a spacious lap pool (not heated), full jet jacuzzi, and over sized outdoor deck bed for snoozing in the sun.

The home has over 4000 square feet of open living for relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and outfitted for gourmet cooking, including Viking range and SubZero fridge. The bedrooms are all suited with luxury linens, comforters and extra pillows. The entertainment room has a 42' flat screen TV, DVD, Computer, Desk and High Speed Internet. All Bathrooms have top of the line fixtures. The owner is a collector of contemporary art and shares some favorite pieces with guests.

Located on a private gated island with a short drive to the beach, Lincoln Road, South Beach and the Design District. Enjoy the residential quiet with the best of Miami entertainment nearby.

Sleeps up to 8 persons maximum. No pets or smoking, not available for events or entertaining, sorry!

This is a great home for families or friends looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday in a pristine home with beautiful views and a peaceful environment. There is a strict quiet policy on this island - no parties, loud music or other disturbances tolerated, so you can be assured of a relaxing stay.

We took a all couples vacation to Miami and we stayed at Casa Maria for a week and we all loved it. It was my first time renting a private home and it was the best experience ever. We didn't have to deal with a lot of other people. It was quite, roomy, clean, and very romantic for my couples and I. The pictures on line were accurate but seeing the house in person was more awesome then seeing the pictures. The house was very clean and the property was very maintained. Cory the owner was very helpful, friendly, and awesome to work with. He made our stay there very spectacular and he was always just a phone call away if we had any questions or needed anything. I plan to rent this home again when we come back to Miami in the near future. I would also recommend this property to my friends and relatives.

I stayed at Casa Maria for one week and had an incredible time. The house is beautifully appointed and is very spacious. Close to everything. We enjoyed the pool area and the privacy of the outdoors. We saw dolphins in the mornings. The kitchen was great for cooking and open for all of us to hang out in. The owners are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a great house for a great price.
