It is perfectly located for exploring other parts of Florida as well. Tampa (Busch Gardens) and the superb Gulf coast beaches including Saint Pete and Clearwater can be reached in about 70 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa beach and Daytona beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about 60 mins

Our villa is looking onto the 4th fairway of the golf course so you have an open view at the back of the villa and there's no wall or other villa to obstruct your view. The Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is a gated community with 24 hour security controlled access. The golf course is rated in the top 5 courses in Florida and within the top 50 for the USA and is right on your doorstep! There are also over 20 other golf courses within a 15 minutes drive.

Golf & Disney or Disney & Golf. The choice is yours. Situated on Hwy 27 south there is easy access to all the local attractions. The Gulf and Atlantic coast are both with easy reach. Golf can be played on site at Southern Dunes and the Steve Smyers designed course has been rated 4 stars by Golf Digest magazine and is ranked in the top 100 golf courses in the United States and 6th top course in Florida! The course is a links style one and offers a challenge to all. The villas are built around the course and the community of Southern Dunes offers well maintained tennis courts, 3 community pools, a community gym, the golf clubhouse with restaurant, bar and well stocked pro shop. Within walking distance of your villa there are 2 large supermarkets (one a Mega Wal Mart), restaurants, gas stations and banks. The development is very secure, being a 'gated community' you can be assured of a peaceful and undisturbed stay.
