Great location in Pagosa Springs!

Overall we enjoyed the stay at Riverdance. It was very clean and organized. The only glitch was that it was advertised as a 6-person unit and in actuality it was a 5-person unit. She was counting the futon as a 2-person bed which is very difficult for two 6'3" adult males weighing 200lbs to sleep in, nor would they want to. We had to borrow an air mattress from the property manager which consumed the entire family room area which left us with no sitting area. Besides that everything else was great!

Owner's Response: I am thrilled when my guests are appreciative of the location, cleanliness, and organization of Riverdance. My futon is a queen size bed with all the comforts of home for bedding. Kudos to Kerry my property manager for helping my guests.
