Hampton Beach Vacation Rental house

We've been coming to Hampton Beach for decades, and this is one of the best places on the North Beach. Location is perfect, right across the street from the best block or so of beach. Perfect for large goups and parties. Great TV too! Open layout and windows make for a comfy night's sleep. More than enough room for our 8 kids! Owners are great and keep the place is great shape.

As a New England native my family and I always spent our beach time in Rhode Island and Cape Cod.....not anymore. Hampron Beach and our home for the week were wonderful. Our family of 6 adults and 3 children had more than enough space, comfy beds, great furnishings, toys and good books to read. We were also the first to use the new gas grill, hand delivered by Yolonda the day we arrived. I hope to return again next year.

This was such a wonderful experience for the whole family. We do a mini-family reunion each year at a different beach destination (11 of us coming from Louisiana and Nevada) and this home and location are the best so far. Home is spacious and pretty, and come equipped with everything you could possibly need. From linens to kitchen utensils and cooking items, from beach chairs to boogie boards, from books to movies...this house has pretty much everything you need. Just bring some food to stock the fridge, a bathing suit, and you're good to go! Oh, and the beds are REALLY comfy. I slept so well here! The location is also wonderful...we traveled with 6 adults and 5 kids from ages 10 to 15. There was definitely something for everyone. The kids loved the shopping/arcade area about a mile down the beach, or just crossing the street and hanging out at the beach in front of the house. The adults enjoyed the gorgeous views from the house, the beach across the street, and the great restaurants in the proximity. And every single one of us enjoyed the day we spent in nearby Boston. I have nothing but praise for the house itself, the location, and the owners, Bob and Yolanda, who were responsive and pleasant. If I was pressed to point out one thing that could be improved upon...I could suggest that they provide a newer, upgraded bar-b-que grill. But that is such a minor point and a non-issue when you consider all that is provided and what a wonderful vacation we all enjoyed.
