Enjoy all that the Berkshires have to offer then relax in our fully equipped one bedroom guest cottage on 5 private acres with Housatonic River frontage. This updated cottage has all the modern amenities including air conditioning, cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage also has an outside deck with a gas grill and patio set to enjoy the spectacular view of the Appalachian Trail and the Housatonic River.

Historic Wyantenuck Cottage: Originally built in 1890 the Historic Wyantenuck Golf and Tennis Club was moved to this current site to take advantage of the spectacular views and Housatonic River Frontage. The original club serves as the main house and is home to it's current owners. Sitting adjacent to the main house and on top of a natural plain is the Historic Wyantenuck Cottage designed to accommodate guests in comfort while taking advantage of 5 secluded acres of natural beauty.

Ski: Skiing at Butternut 3 miles away. Catamaunt Ski Area 8 miles away.

This is a clean, comfortable, well maintained cottage. The location is ideal. It would be crowded with more than 2 adults. The owners are super! We repeat year after year. I would highly recommend to couple who wants a quiet get away.

Very clean. The location is not directly on the river as it looks in the pictures. They do not have canoe paddles, bring your own if you want to canoe. This is not the place if you are looking for a getaway experience...owners live only 15 feet from carriage house and placed several phone calls and check in's during our stay.
