Welcome to the Kingfisher Cottage - your bayfront getaway in Fenwick Island, DE! This property is located one mile away from the State Line beach and North Ocean City. It is situated right between the canal and the Assawoman Bay in the friendly community of Cape Windsor. The community has a boat ramp, swimming pool and small private beach area just down the street. It's a great spot for walking and biking. The water views from the deck, bedroom, living room, and sun room are fantastic, and we've built a brand-new dock for you to enjoy boating, crabbing, kayaking, etc. Enjoy deep water access (4' at low tide) to the bay and Ocean City. The cottage has two large bedrooms, two full baths, two living areas, a dining area and kitchen with all new appliances. We have everything you need to go crabbing! Walk to shops and restaurants, bike to the beach, and boat to Ocean City! Ask us about nearby tax-free outlet shopping, golf courses, and many other indoor and outdoor activities.
