This home is located waterfront on an intercoastal channel and is 1 block from the gulf beach. It has been completely updated and newly furnished in the past 2 years. Bedrooms include king bed in master and two twins in 2nd. Living room has a pull out queen sleeper sofa. Private dock supports 40' boat and fishing. Inground heated pool and patio with furniture overlooking the waterway. Home also has digital cable, digital unlimited phone and high speed internet.
