Our 1,085 SF condo features central air conditioning, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area plus a private lanai overlooking the 9th fairway of the Beach Golf Course with sunset views. The master bath is attached to the master bedroom. It’s very spacious and features separate tub and shower, two sinks, enclosed toilet, and walk-in closet. It is a non-smoking ground-floor unit located in a very quiet section of the complex, though close to all amenities. The unit has a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen with granite counter tops, cherry cabinets and all the conveniences of home. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and the guest bedroom features a queen-size bed. Free high-speed wireless internet access. There is a very useful full size washer/dryer in the unit. The Fairway Villas includes an infinity-edge pool, lava-rock spa, gym, and gas BBQs. It's a 5-minute walk to the King's Shops and restaurants and a 10-minute walk to 'A-Bay' Beach.

Wonderful Vacation Condo

I would highly recommend staying at Seth's condo if you are interested in vacationing on the Big Island. The condo is very comfortable, very well equipped kitchen and laundry. The location is exceptional and we felt very safe being in a gated community. The grounds were very well kept and the pool was very clean and beautiful. We loved being close to the restaurants and shops. The lanai was great to sit at each morning with coffee. We even had a Nene bird with her small babies visit us one morning. Seth has been very friendly and easy to work with. Very affordable for families. We hope to visit Hawaii again and would love to stay at this condo again in the future.

It's been a week since we returned from the beautiful Big Island and we can't wait to return. Seth's Waikoloa Golf Villa was perfect for our family of golfers - very close to all the golf courses on the Kohala coast. The condo pictures don't do the place justice. It was very comfortable and clean - a perfect home away from home. All the arrangements, from reserving the condo, to checking in and out, were easy. Seth even helped while we were there when we had questions about getting to some of the more secluded and less known beaches. Seth, I'll be referring my family and friends to you! Mahalo!

Booking for the first time via the website, Seth has anwsered all the questions, everything from payments, arrival information to condo usage. The condo is just as pictured, convenient to walking to the beach, browsing the King shops,and shopping for groceries. Pictures don't reflect how beautiful it is sitting on the lanai and enjoying the moment. Thanks, Seth we will always refer friends, hopefully it won't become overbooked!!!!

We loved our stay in your beautiful condo. Everything was smooth and organized from the booking to arrival and our stay. We have stayed several times in Waikoloa and this unit was the best. We will try to book again on our next visit if available and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

The condo was just as pictured. It was clean and modern and located in a convenient spot within walking distance of the Kings Shops and also the Hilton Waikola. It had many amenities including CDs, DVDs, beach towels, coolers, snorkle equipment, beachchairs and condiments in the kitchen. Everything was in working order. I loved sitting out on the lanai and looking over the golf course.
