La Reserva de Marbella II is a new stylish development of luxury built apartments and an ideal self-catering break for either golf or beach lovers. This spacious exclusive apartment, which boasts marble flooring throughout is furnished to a very high standard and is fully equipped with Air Conditioning/Heating system. There is also an entry phone system and secure underground parking with a lift. The apartment is equipped with a TV, DVD and CD and has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a spacious terrace which offers seating for up to six people and overlooks 2 swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, a stream and beautiful landscaped gardens. La Reserva is situated next to Cabopino golf course and Santa Maria golf course is located nearby. La Reserva is just over 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport via the N340 road south. The development is only 1.5km away from the pretty resort of Cabopino, which has a beautiful large sandy beach, marina, restaurants, boat trips, water sports, bars and shops. There is a convenience store and bar just a minutes walk from the complex. The accommodation provided is also situated walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars and shops. There is a spacious terrace, which overlooks the pools, Jacuzzi, fountain and stream with views to the sea.

  • In order to secure a booking for this luxury apartment a 50% non-refundable deposit is needed.The remainder is due 1 month prior to your arrival. Water, Electricity and Air Conditioning/Heating are included in our rates, however a refundable deposit of £100.00 is required to cover breakages,excess use of electricity, any excess cleaning or loss of keys. This deposit is to be paid 1 month prior to arrival.
  • Bookings are flexible and can be arranged for weekend or midweek change over. Departure 11am - Check in 3pm.
  • Last minute bookings are accepted and booking arrangements can be negotiated.

Me and my friends planned to go last minute and we found this place and the people responsible made everything to make sure we would have a nice stay.
The appartment is lovely the surrondings are very nice, easy access to the beach by car, 5 minutes, food shops and a nice Bar near the appartments.
The swiming pool is amazing and they even have a jacuzzi near by :)
we would love to go back again...maybe next year!
