- Master bedroom and the top floor guestroom look out on the marsh and river. It's common to wake up in the morning and see seals swimming in front of the house. Egrets, Great Blue and White Herons are an everyday occurrence. Also, common to see schools of striped bass in front of house.

Additional note:: Please note that if you are interested in this house that we do not view it as a rental property but as our home that we share with people who love Maine, the water, birding and other outdoor activities. It is not a hotel and does not offer the amenities you would expect there. However, as a lovely private home, you'll enjoy access to one of Maine's most beautiful areas in a very private setting. We expect all our tenants to respect the house and area as much as we do and look forward to your inquiries.
