Deck with water views, dining room, boat beach steps away for your kayak, sailfish, or other small boat. Beach tags included for up to 6 people. Washer/Dryer. Dishwasher. Bring your own sheets and towels. One queen, 4 twin beds. Mattress pad and blankets provided. Great water views from all rooms. Cool summer breezes abound. We are looking forward to our 5th year of renting this wonderful home, and enjoy it more every year.
Perfect, quiet family beach. Wonderful yard & neighborhood. House has everything anyone could possibly need. Read my review from 2009 (Carrie NH), we still feel the same way about this home. I'm so thankful for the memories our family makes every year, and enjoy that the kids spend the winter & spring excited and waiting for our week at the beach to come.

This is no cottage!! It is a lovely home and the renovations are exceptional. Everything we needed to relax, cook lobsters from Flander's Market, and enjoy the view was there. The property manager, Sandy, gave us some great tips on places to eat and they all were excellent. It took the six of us all weekend to sit in all the various seating arrangements in the living room, kitchen, and dining area. We arrived to find a clean and pleasing to the eye home to spend our long weekend with friends who came from NY, NH, and MD. Tried the Black Sheep for lunch and I'd go back in a heart beat. Dinner out on Friday at the Main Street Grille was a great way to start our time together. We are sailing friends who find a way to see one another from time to time during the off season and this was our first time renting a home. The bedrooms were very nicely furnished, and the renovated bathrooms were superb. The kitchen is completely modern and equipped with everything one would need to cook a gourmet meal if you wished. We will be back!!

Fantastic Home and Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful time vacationing at this home. We have two boys age 7 and 3 and they had a blast every day at the beach. The owners didn't skimp on anything - everything was top of the line. The only thing missing was a gas grill. They have an electric outdoor grill - but not the same as a gas grill. They may have their reasons for this though. The views are amazing and the rooms are very comfortable. The owners are wonderful to deal with as is the woman who helps care for the home in between rentals. We are planning on vacationing here again next summer.

I highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

Wonderful

I would recommend this house to anyone. We rented for the Thanksgiving weekend so we could be near family for the holiday. The house was spacious and totally updated. The kitchen is new with granite countertops and new appliances. There is a brand new laundry room in the mudroom which was very convenient to have. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms provide alot of privacy for all guests. The bathrooms are very nice, especially the master bath, which has double sinks and a wonderful tile shower. You can see the water from the house and hear the waves lapping on the shore with a window open. I can imagine that renting in the summer would be fabulous, as there is a nice deck on the back of the house, a nice little back yard and an outdoor shower - just steps away from the beach. We had some family come over for a gathering one of the days and they were also very impressed by the house. Owners were very accommodating and easy to work with.

Perfect Vacation Home

We have rented private homes for vacation for the past 10 years, and as much as we have enjoyed all our vacations, we have always tried a new place each year. However, we have already booked this home for 2010 after a fantastic week.
The home is beautiful, the neighborhood and beach quiet and peaceful. The yard is fantastic for small children, and we enjoyed sitting on the deck as they played in the yard. The house is just amazing. I wish I could relocate it into my own yard. When we first arrived, my husband immediately asked "How much did we pay for this rental?". He had a hard time believing that we rented such a wonderful house as such an amazing price.
We absolutely loved this rental, and will return for years to come.
