We've stayed at this location the last 4 years and have loved each and every visit. The house is charming and extremely well maintained. By far the best location in Yarmouth for the money. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet visit to the Cape. Thanks again and we're looking forward to another visit later this year!!!!!!

Lovely house near everything

I stay at this property nearly every year. It's always immaculately maintained and furnished with all the necessities one would need for a comfortable vacation. The yard even has a hammock and grill -- making this vacation property feel as cozy as home away from home. Recreational attractions are just a hop-skip away... numerous beaches, a pond for swimming and fishing, Bass River. If you're traveling with the family grocery shopping, mini-golf, batting cages and family friendly restaurants are just down the road. The owners are wonderful people, very sweet and cordial. Overall this place is great if you're looking for a clean, cozy, well situated place to enjoy your Cape Cod vacation.
