NEW top quality FURNISHINGS; NEW PAINT (light & bright). NEW BATHS--tiled floors, walls & Corian counters. WIRELESS internet, Cable tv (Expanded basic), Stereo, DVD & CD players. Eat & relax on the comfortable deck. Play soccer, catch or wiffle ball on our ball playing size backyard. A garage and beach chairs. Quiet neighborhood of large, treed lots. Does not abut a marsh--safe for small children. Walk down a country lane to a more private part of the beach. Charming home with wood floors, very clean & carefully maintained. My kids still talk about Cape Cod and my 6 yr. old has proclaimed that we will rent your house every summer 'forever' because he does not want to go anywhere else. What a vacation home. This home is perfect , with all the amenities of home, from the wonderful backyard for bar b ques to all of the things you could need in the kitchen. Location is perfect , a early morning walk through the large trees in the neighborhood , or a short stroll down to the beach . The local town of Orleans is quite charming and easy to get around , nice people , great food , easy shopping and some fine baseball in the Cape Cod baseball league in season. There was four of us from 45 to 70 years old and we vacation 3 to 4 times per year, this was by far one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations I can remember. We would like to thank the owners for allowing us to share their beautiful and wonderful home, we can't wait to return. THANK -YOU.

Wonderful vacation close to Skaket Beach

We had a terrific vacation in July 09 at this house. The house is beautifully maintained and offers all the comforts of home. It is terrific for a family w/children (we have two children). The neighborhood is quite and we enjoyed running, walking and biking in the local area. The beach is within walking distance (and has an amazing sunset).
The house is kept extremely clean and extremely comfortable ~ from the beds to the central air and fans.
We highly recommend this property and hope to return next year. Thanks for renting to us! Erin and Luis

A dream vacation come true

We wanted a house that was near the bay beach for our preschool girls and this home was exactly what we had been looking for. All the amenities were there; it was truly a home away from home. Beautifully decorated with everything we could possibly need to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable. The area is quiet and peaceful, close to the beach, the bike trail (good for jogging), grocery store, pharmacy and the shops & restaurants in town. We visited the other nearby towns and had plenty of time to be back to the house and head to the beach. The owners were so helpful and friendly, we felt very well taken care of. Definitely everything we wanted and dreamed of for our vacation!
