There is also a large restored barn on the property, circa 1700, one of the oldest barns in Western Massachusetts. A lovely patio area fronts the barn, perfect for barbecues. Seventy acres of Nature Conservancy land surround the property, making this a special place for seekers of nature, tranquility, and privacy. A short walk down the road leads into Peru State Forest and Left Field Farm, where you can purchase fresh organic produce.
