Modern Loft Townhouse. Once used as an artist loft, this property offers a very open and yet private feel. Located just west of town center, this townhouse boasts a large open living room with cathedral ceilings and gas fireplace, a half bath, and a spacious kitchen and dining area which exits to a large exclusive use garden and patio area. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bath with one bedroom that is an open loft area overlooking the living area below. Amenities include; flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, gas fireplace, wireless broadband internet access, and laundry facilities. 12 Holway Ave. is a two minute walk to town center and a short bike ride/walk to ocean beaches. Off-street parking for 2 cars. (Sleeps 4 max.)

The location is very close to town center - a short walk to the A-House, Spiritus Pizza, Town Hall and the Gifford House.
