Off the opposite side is a hallway leading to a convenient powder room, the kitchen, and the stairway.

This great room then opens to a second, less formal, great room that includes a sunny breakfast area with a table for six, a spacious kitchen, and a family/gathering room. The state-of-the-art kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, double wall ovens, and a large center island with sink, dishwasher, and three stools for casual dining. The gathering area features three comfortable sofas, an entertainment center with TV/VCR/DVD, a full wall of windows, and a French door to the deck.

A half flight up the stairway is a second level of the home where a small hallway leads to a laundry room and a bedroom with a king-size bed, a cathedral ceiling, a TV armoire, a comfortable love seat, a large walk-in closet, and a private bath. Up another set of stairs are the remaining three bedrooms, each with a TV and a private bath. One has a king-size bed, one has two twin beds, and the third has two double beds and a unique bath, which is two steps up and features a large walk-in shower. Please specify # of security gate passes needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $5/week.
