The villa has excellent views over the golf course to the sea from the large roof terrace which has stairs to the barbecue in the garden. The comfortable living room has cable television, a DVD and music center. The interior dining room has seating for eight. There is a good sized swimming pool complete with sun loungers and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The Praia D'El Rey Golf and Beach Resort is situated on the Atlantic coast, an easy one hour drive north of Lisbon. Within the resort there are restaurants and dozens more in the local towns. Fresh fish caught in the Atlantic by Peniche fishing boats is a specialty, particularly in Óbidos, a spectacular walled town and World Heritage Site. For golfers the main attraction is the 18 hole par 72 championship links course which is set in extensive grounds of pine forest and undulating dunes with spectacular views over the Atlantic and the Berlenga Islands. The golf course is ranked the 13th best in continental Europe.

Praia D’El Rey Golf and Beach Resort enjoys a prime beach-front location near the medieval walled town of Óbidos in the heart of the Silver Coast.
