This 2nd floor 1200 sq. ft. apartment consists of one air-conditioned bedroom (queen bed), bathroom (shower),, living room (cable TV, VCR, and Wi-Fi Internet) dining room and full kitchen (dishwasher).The apartment has its own private entrance and is furnished with antiques and comfort. Linens are provided. The original barn beams were left exposed to add to the unique charm of the spacious rooms. A porch along with gas grill and outside table allow you to relax in our peaceful country setting among flower gardens, stonewalls, orchard and woods. We are a short walk to Perkins Cove and the Trolley Line. The Cove has lobster, deep sea fishing and sightseeing boats as well as restaurants, shops, art galleries, and the Marginal Way, a mile long cliff walk along the Atlantic Ocean. Qgunquit Village and shops, the three mile beach, the Qgunquit Playhouse, golf and tennis are all within 1 and 1/2 miles.

Reservations: One half of total rental cost is due 10 days after confirmation, with remaining balance due upon arrival. Confirmation of your reservation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Payment may be made by personal check; credit cards are not accepted.

Cancellations: A 21 day prior to arrival cancellation notice is required for refund. If cancelled less than 21 days, the deposit will be refunded only if the total nights are re-rented. A $25.00 service fee will be deducted from the refund.
