For those looking for something off the beaten path, this is the house for you. Situated in a wooded area, this location provides peace and quiet- a great spot to relax and very safe for children. Great area for walking along the marsh, kayaking -.2 miles from town landing, and a short driving distance to ocean beaches, several fresh water ponds, bike path, and restaurants. Open floor plan with full bath and two bedrooms on the first floor. Second floor has a bedroom, bath and large loft which overlooks kitchen and dining area. Private deck in the back of house with umbrella table, chairs and lounge.
