The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment with a spacious living room/dining room combination and open plan kitchen Fully air conditioned and heated, dining room seats 6, outdoor patio table seats 4, 32 inch flat screen wall mounted TV, digital cable, CD player sound system, DVD/VHS player, free and unlimited high speed internet access, free and unlimited local and US calling, fully appointed kitchen (new stainless dishwasher, microwave), 2 queen sized Doctor's Choice Monarch Supreme pillow-top mattresses with both down and hypo-allergenic pillows, quality linens, duvets and towels, Levolor and vertical blinds throughout, new washer and dryer. Everything in the condo is brand new!

    Deposit: Half total rent required to confirm reservation. Remainder due 60 days prior to arrival. Keys and Welcome letter will be Federal Expressed one week prior to your departure. Return Fed Ex enveloped enclosed for return of keys.
    Security deposit: Refundable $400 separate check due with final payment 60 days prior to arrival. Your check will be returned or destroyed upon our receipt of the keys.
    Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.

Our stay could not have been more fabulous. We wanted quiet, relaxing, beautiful accomodations, and we found there here. The beds were excellent, air and ceiling fans perfect, view was amazing. The showers and tubs were GREAT! The pool and gym were spotless and easy to access. Nature, parks and birds were beautiful in the area, we hiked and rollerbladed nearby without having to drive anywhere. We walked to several restaurants and each was excellent and reasonably priced. Grocery store and gas within a block - perfect. Easy drive to shopping, spa and night life activities. The owners had every detail in order when we arrived and they provided excellent service with our reservations. We highly recommend staying if you really want to relax and enjoy a well-appointed, comfortable, beautiful, and safe property.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Initially purchased as a family vacation getaway, we carefully chose the most beautiful view in a complex with the nicest amenities. Then life intervened making our frequent getaways less possible. We had an amazing week in this luxurious and extra comfy condo. The condo has everything you need to spend quality and +++ vacation. It is very well located for hike lovers, grocery stores right around the corner and yet you feel like you are in the middle of the desert.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated and richly appointed condo. Every creature comfort has been anticipated and satisfied. Spectacular mountain views and conventiently located. Our expectations were greatly exceeded.
