New, clean beach cottage in a conveniently located lake front community within a mile of the beach. Private neighborhood, great for family walks and bike riding. Walking distance to restaurants, convenience and liquor stores, movie store, beach, gym, play ground, etc. Trolley from house to beach. Beach passes for all day parking. Large yard with basketball hoop and common areas for hanging out and playing your favorite sports. Tennis Courts directly across the street.

Bethany Beach is a great family vacation spot. It is known for children's activities on the board walk and in water parks, putt- putt golf courses, etc. It has an equal amount to offer to adults - outstanding shopping, antiquing, golfing and fine dining. It is a 10 minute drive to Ocean City, Maryland and a 20 minute drive to Rehobeth , Deleware, which both offer additional children and adult attractions.

Good house, lots of room

This house is as good as it looks in the pics. It is in the middle of a small development. We had 7 adults, one toddler, one baby, and a dog, and we were all comfortable. The lake referred to isn't much, and the house is very close to a busy road, although the road it is on is very quiet. The trolley going to the beach area is 25 cents per person, and takes about 1/2 hour to get there.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
