Amenities include new gym, central a/c, TV, radios, DVD, CD, internet, fully equipped kitchen, ocean,beach and downtown Miami views, private parking, large & clean pool with beach view, game room, more than 25 restaurants,(Mc Donals, Sub Way,Miami Grill,etc) 8 beauty salons, boutiques, golf, theaters, gambling, groceries, etc. Only minutes from Ball Harbor millionaires area. This apt. has everything that you need (chairs, umbrella and beach towels, liners, hair dryer,4 tv) beautifull bar area. This is a very quiet area and you can walk without any risk. 15 minutes from Miami International Airport and port of Miami and Downtown, Parot Jungle, Sea aquarium, and children's Museum. Few minutes from South Beach (art deco district).Super clean and quiet beach area.

This is an excellent condo with an even better location. It had everything we needed, and is located right on the beach. Only a 10-minute cab ride to South Beach. The owner made the rental process as easy as possible. Would definatley stay here again if we were in the area.
