Description of the North Hero vacation house rental
Vacation oriented lakefront home located at the end of a very private road. This vacation home has 4 bedrooms: 1 queen, 2 with twin & full, a set of bunks & futon. The house has pine boards on ceilings & walls. There is a vaulted ceiling with beams in the living room. Most rooms have hardwood floors and ceiling fans. There is a large elevated deck that looks over the lake. The deck is equipped with two picnic tables, multiple lawn chairs and a gas grill. A private beach with a gradual slope, a 32 ft. dock and a rowboat are also included. Those looking to fish from the shore will find a plentiful supply of sunfish, perch, rock bass, crappies and an occasional bass or northern. For those looking to kayak or canoe this area is nicely protected from the wind and wildlife is plentiful. If you are seeking privacy and plenty of outside space this vacation home has it all. If you are bringing your own Sea-Plane or Plane please call us for details.

Bring your bicycle and enjoy a trip around the Islands starting from your own backyard. In the Islands you will be able to enjoy activities including golfing, antiquing, bicycle touring, boating (rentals available) and fishing (many charters available). Area attractions include Saint Anne’s Shrine, Grand Isle Fish Hatchery, Lippizon Stallions, ECHO Center (aquarium), and the Teddy Bear Factory. In addition there are several state parks and public sandy beaches. Downtown Montreal is one hour and fifteen minutes from your doorstep. Stowe, VT is approximately an hour and a half drive.
