Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from this beautiful waterfront home situated on Boothbay Harbor's quintessential New England road. The 5 BR/2 BA house with a 2BR/1BA guest house is the perfect spot for a large family vacation or a small romantic get-away. Spectacular 180 degree views of the harbor and ocean surround the home. The great room combines a gourmet kitchen with living and dining areas. There is also a formal dinning room and a library. A large tree shaded lawn provides the ideal spot for croquet, badminton, barbecues or receptions. The covered porch overlooks the harbor and is great for coffee or cocktails. The guest house has a kitchen and a private deck overlooking the harbor.

Boothbay Harbor is one of the most beautiful harbors on the Maine coast and is renowned for its boating adventures. Sunset sails, whale and seal watches, reggae cruises, island and lighthouse excursions, fishing expeditions all contribute to making a vacation in this area one of the most memorable of your life. The local restaurants offer a wide variety of food from native lobster and fish to Italian, Chinese, Thai, Mexican and Continental. Many have waterfront dining and sunset views. The town also offers a local cinema and a historic Opera House which features live performances of all kinds. There are beaches for swimming within a 15 minute drive. For Garden lovers the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens are the largest in New England.
