Fabulous home for rent! 2 story custom built home, in Buttermilk Bay, Bourne. Beach is right in front of the house. It can sleep ten people, and is located in a cul-de-sac, quiet neighborhood. The entire first floor is hardwood, with a washer and dryer plus two TVs, all equipped with cable, and VHS/DVD player! The upper floor is mostly carpet, with a jacuzzi. You can get there in around an hour to 45 minutes from Boston. The boat on the picture comes with 2 oars and a mortar is available without additional charge, but at your own risk to use. Year round rental is available, lease term negotiable. Office spaces are available to lease. Both spaces are in a brand new elevator brick building in Midtown, Boston, both spaces are about 900 square footage , great for all business. High visibilities and very busy foot traffic. please call for details .
