Located in a charming neighborhood, no detail has been overlooked in creating the perfect island getaway! High end finishes throughout, stainless steel appliances, comfortably furnished outdoor spaces, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, LCD television with surround sound, gas fireplace and much much more! Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, coolers are all provided in addition to all house linens, a fully equipped kitchen, an eclectic paperback library, puzzles, games etc. In short, all you need to do is show up and enjoy our wonderful island home!

Labor Day Weekend

We stayed at the house during Labor Day Weekend. It was a great location, very close to town and the beach. The house was very clean when we got there. The beds were all made up and towels in the bathroom. The kitchen was GREAT, I would love to have one that nice in my own house! It had all the essentials, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, ect. We especially enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning on the back patio, very peaceful and relaxing. It was nice that the house came with beach chairs and a cooler. I would recommend this house to anyone. We've rented vacation houses in the past, and I wish I could say they were all as great as this one!

Wonderful house in a wonderful place

We spent an amazing two weeks in Nantucket and enjoyed every minute. This is a beautiful, like-new house at the end of a nice, quiet street. All the amenities you'd want. Short drive to the beach and to town. Owner was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. We look forward to next summer.

This was my first time renting a vaction house and I have heard so many horror stories. This house was incredible and so well outfitted and comfortable. The price seems very reasonable for all that was offered, brand new everything with super high quality finishes. The owner, Scott, was incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. The internet went down and he had someone fix it within two hours the day after 4th of July. We will definetely be back. We only used two out of the four bedrooms, so if two small families shared this house it is an amazing value.

The house is new and clean. Location is good if you do not want to spend alot of time in town. You can not walk to town and in the summer with traffic it is a pain to get there. The entertainment systems could use a little upgrading and made easier to operate.

Overall it was a great place to stay. Lots of space and the owners were very quick to get back to us on any problems or questions we had.
