Description of the Quidnet vacation house rental
Privacy and Acreage surround this custom built Nantucket home, situated in Quidnet on Three Acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with the feel of horse and hunt country; adjacent to Squam Farm, a 700 acre nature preserve with forest and walking trails. A separate guest cottage with with eat-in kitchen, living room, bedroom, sleeping berth w/double bed, and two baths provides a second private dwelling with its own yard. Ideal for guests or family members who enjoy a little extra privacy. Quidnet beach is less than a mile's walk or a five minute bike ride. Wide plan, random width maple floors and cherry paneling in the dining room and living room add to the warmth of this cozy home. There is a master bedroom with queen size bed on the first floor along with a guest bedroom containing two extra long twins. A master bedroom with king size bed and sitting area is on the second floor along with a bedroom with two twin beds.
