If you're new to the Brian Head, Utah area here are some fun facts!
The average snowfall in the winter is 450 inches which allows for great skiing conditions throughout the season (“the best snow I’ve ever had”), but a full compliment of snow making equipment provides extra fresh powder ensuring an enjoyable ski trip every time. There is also a six lane tubing park which can be fun for the whole family! Finally, Brian Head Resort recently completed its first major construction project in 25 years. The new equipment consists of two new ski lifts and an expansive new snow-making system. Between the new lifts and additional trail cuts, skiers have seen a 35 percent more ski-able terrain!
While it is renowned for its skiing, it's also great for hiking, biking and fishing in the summer, boasting dozens of trails, amazing views, nearby national parks (Bryce, Zion and Cedar Breaks) and a fresh water lake just 20 minutes away! So its a great time to visit Brian Head, any time of year!
Note: FREEDOM PASSES HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED, THEREFORE NO PASSES INCLUDED WITH THIS UNIT THIS YEAR.

We purchased the condo as a place to get away for some family-oriented fun, while enjoying the always uncrowded, fresh powder, picturesque, panoramic views from Brian Head. We love it out there, and we rent it out to help offset the costs. We fell in love with the condo, because Brianwood-I couldn't be closer to the slopes and it makes motivating everyone super easy. We love Brian Head and this condo, and we are sure you will too!
The Owner purchased this condo in 2006
Thanks for letting us stay at your condo. It was a cool pad and Brian Head is a great spot. The snow is the best I've ever had. The season passes were sweet, rental gear at Brian head is free with them (a bonus). Thanks again for everything. I will have to come back sometime.
Walking distance to the Giant Steps Lodge & you can ski almost all the way to the side door of the condo building. The condo was comfortable, with more than enough space for the two of us. The owner is very accommodating. We would stay here again.
hi this is dan me my wife and daughter stayed here march 10- 15 nice condo clean as advertised great deal with free lift tickets good instructions with owner jake thanks GOD Bless would stay here again
Our stay in Brianhead this year was great! The condo was cozy and definitely stayed warm throughout our stay. The 2 passes definitely came in handy. You could definitely ski to our lodge from Giant Steps. Would definitely recommend this unit as all amenities were provided and unit was very clean. Owner of unit was very friendly and responsive when needed. ;o)
The condo was very convenient to the ski slopes and the price was great. It's works out to be an unbelievable deal when you include the free ski passes. We had a great time!
Stayed here in February 2011. Unfortunately it was between storms so the snow was not up to Brian Head's usual perfect conditions. We had a great time skiing and inner tubing anyways and the day care/lessons program had our 8 year old skiing/bombing down the blue runs by the second day. The condo was as advertised. Clean and well equipped. Perfect for us and our daughter. The owner communicated well. The only reason it wasn't a five star rating is the buildings hot tub was out and the clean up crew from the previous renters wasn't done by check in time. Neither of these are easily controlled by the condo owner but they are part of the condo "experience" so I'm mentioning it. The actual condo was excellent. We were able to use the hot tub in the next building and the cleaning crew was very pleasant and hard working..I think they were overwhelmed that day.
For potential renters - I'd highly recommend it and you can't go wrong with Brian head in general. Friendly, no crowds, accommodating, great snow, (every time except this time:), and about the same traveling time as Mammoth from San Diego. It seemed like half the people we met in Brian Head were from San Diego. Awesome cross country skiing and in the summer, incredible mt. biking.
