- 3 bedrooms/3 full baths, sleeps 8, 3 car garage

This is a 1550 sq ft, 3-story corner townhouse w/ 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two Queen beds, a set of twin beds, and a sofa bed. On the main level there are beautiful hardwood floors and the upstairs is thick pile carpet. Access to the pool and dock is just steps from the entrance. It is on the Folly River and the view from the private balconies is breathtaking. One balcony is off living room, and the other off the Master bdrm. The beach, shopping, and restaurants are all within 3-4 blocks of the Condo and Charleston's downtown historic district is just 15 minutes away. Parking space for 3 cars, of which 2 are enclosed in garage. It is equipped with wireless Internet, DVD player, and cable TV. The Master bdrm also has cable with a flat screen TV. Central heat/air, ceiling fans, local phone service, and washer and dryer. Fully equipped Kitchen includes cookware, utensils, microwave, and toaster. Child friendly.

We wanted to try something completely different for a family vacation after years on Cape Cod or in Maine. Took a chance, wound up at Folly Beach, and were delighted with everything! The condo was immaculate, comfortable and a perfectly located end unit. We were next to the pool and used it often. My brother, a world traveler, thought the beach was one of the best he'd ever been to; we all loved it. The town doesn't seem to have much going on--mostly bars and t-shirt shops. There is a great restaurant on the pier, but we did a lot of cooking ourselves because there's a great fish place up the road with a boat that goes out daily for shrimp. Charleston is an easy drive and, of course offers terrific diversions and dining.
The owner was responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this property highly and look forward to staying there again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

This Luxury Condo was definitely someplace I would recommend to anyone that wants to get a way for a few days! It is a short walk to the beach and downtown but it surrounded by the beautiful waterway and provides an awesome view from the porch. Very accommodating and gives you an "at home" feeling. I went with a group of women and we had a fantastic time. I would definitely return and stay at this condo again!

My husband and I spent an extended vacation at this beautiful condo. It was great for a little getaway. We stayed there with our two dogs and had a wonderful time. It was walking distance from everything in Folly Beach and the beds were awesome. The owners were very nice to work with.
