The #1 TH in Bay side community with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. This spectacular TH sleeps up to 9 people with use of a roll out. The kitchen is a chef's dream. Stainless steel appliances, Chefs combo oven unit, granite counter tops with large open area for great family entertaining. It has 2 open family rooms with beautiful bay views. Enjoy 2 decks with 1 off the master bedroom. Washer and Dryer located in the townhouse. This house has it all, Luxury living with Spectacular water views. Also, enjoy use of community center located right next door with an indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts, fitness center, game room, day dock and 5 big screen TVs. Great for rainy days. Community shuttle is offered to downtown beach area during the summer season which is located less than 3 miles from there are wonderful restaurants, great golf, 3 premium shopping outlets and plenty of fun located nearby for the entire family. Quite simply a 5 Star vacation house at a very reasonable rental rate

This is the #1 property in the community and it is right on the bay. Being only a few minutes from the beach area, you can enjoy the activity of downtown Bethany or the many beaches. The local shopping, golf, family venues and the many great restaurants are just a short distance away. Visit Ocean City or go to the State Beach and when you have had enough of the crowds you can return to the property where the family can enjoy the community center with the indoor/outdoor pools, workout room and other great options. Additionally, you have the option to just relax on the deck with a good book and a glass of your favorite beverage and enjoy the water views. So much for the family to do and the water views are fantastic. Especially, the sunrise and sunset.

Club House Rules and Regulations: The club house/development has changed it's rules as far as usage goes as renters. Once you arrive at the property you can go over to the clubhouse and bring your lease with you (that you received from Coldwell Banker; our realtors). You then have to purchase wrist bands ($20/per for the week, under the age of 4-free)... or you can purchase a daily pass for $5.00 per day. The development has started this policy because they want to keep track of the people using the facilities because last year there may have been people using the clubhouse who were not renters in the development. It's a very easy process but it protects the facility and the owners in case any damages occur on the property. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
