This single story beach cottage has over 1700 square feet of living space. It sits on nearly a quarter acre corner lot. Our property is a block away from the famous ocean front Pines Park where many brides and grooms exchanged their vows. Taking a 5 to 10 minute stroll down to the long stretch of beaches, you will pass a famous view point of Gazebo Park where you can view the entire coastline and if timing is right, the beautiful sunset over Catalina Island. Dana Point Harbor is only a few minute drive away. Our property is close to the 5 Freeway, which can take you north to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, California Adventure, Angels Stadium, The Arrowhead Pond and many others. Heading south on the 5 Freeway, you will reach San Diego with attractions such as Sea World, Wild Animal Park, Hotel Del Coronado, La Jolla, San Diego Zoo and others. Of course, you can cross the border to Tijuana, Mexico with valid id. There are so many things to do here, you'll definitely want to come back.

Perfect Location!

This rental home is an excellent place to rent if you need to accomodate large number of people. All needed appliciances and toiletrees were provided, preventing us to have to go out and purchase our own products. The home was beautifully decorate with access to internet and cable. And it's only minutes from the beach!!! Not only did this prevent us from having to deal with finding parking, but snabbing a bonfire pit did not require us to stake on out at 6 AM in the morning. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! I would definitely rent again!

Not as Pictured on Website

The location of this property was great but we found that it did not resemble the pictures on the advertisement. The house was spacious but very old and we found mold and mildew in the bathrooms. One shower had no door and water went all over when you showered. The kitchen had very little place for groceries. Some curtains did not completely cover the windows. The furniture was dirty and the cushions wouldn't stay on the couch. A couple of windows had paper shades. A sprinkler head was broken causing water to pool in the front yard. The game room was unusable. I guess we just expected too much.

Our goal is to bring the best value to our guests plus some additional accommodations such as air conditioning units and karaoke home theater system. Capistrano Beach is a beautiful place to visit all year round. Our property is only about 7 minute walking distance to the beach. It is the shortest walking distance of all the rental houses on the bluff area of Capistrano Beach. Many guests have complemented on our property as well as the area. We wanted our guests to enjoy their vacation while staying at our property.

great place to rent

We just got back from our vacation in Southern California. We rented this house to accomodate our whole family. It was perfect for us. It was right in the middle of all the places that we wanted to go, the accomodations were great, and it was close to the beach. We would definately rent this again. Thanks for a great place to vacation:)

Very close to the park and beach. Rooms are spacious. Kids like the game room. Will come back for revisit.
