This cottage located at 5069 Kozy Kove, is just steps from the lake shore. A large picture window and enclosed porch overlook the lake. The setting is quiet and away from roadway traffic. The cottage is surrounded by large trees and a spacious lawn as well as a 30ft. dock which extends out into the lake. The lake shore lends itself to evening bonfires. At day's end beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed. The property is located on the east side of Cayuga Lake, midway between Ithaca and Seneca Falls, just off Route 90. It is just minutes from Hibiscus Harbor, a marina and restaurant with fine dining, inside and out. Antique shops, an outlet shopping mall (95 stores), Bass Pro Shop, Aurora Inn, Wells College, MacKenzie-Child's Pottery Factory, wineries, golf courses, State parks, Montezuma Wildlife Refuge, Woman's Hall of Fame, Harriet Tubman House, Seward House, marinas and restaurants are only a short drive away.

This property is located in central New York in the Finger Lakes Region. Fishing, boating and swimming are popular summertime activities. Many wineries are located close by and are open for daily wine tours and tasting. Ithaca, with Cornell University and Ithaca College is located at the south end of Cayuga Lake. Seneca Falls with the Women's Hall of Fame is located at the north end of the lake. The Merry Go Round Theater in nearby Auburn, offers live theater on the shore of Owasco Lake. Harriet Tubman House and the Seward House are also in Auburn. Skaneateles Village on the shore of Skaneateles Lake offers quaint shops, a variety of restaurants and daily boat tours on the lake. All are less than an hour's drive.
