Three bedroom carriage house on private oceanfront estate in Wianno section of Osterville. Originally built as stablemen's quarters, this house has been renovated into an adorable cottage-like home. Screened in porch leads to a large living area with hardwood floors, cathedral ceiling, ceiling fans, ratan furniture, white eyelet curtains, and bright sunlight. Kitchen, with eating area, has original cabinetry with modern appliances. Upstairs has three bedrooms and one bath.Room sizes vary but each room is light and airy. The property is on approximately three acres of oceanfront property overlooking East Bay, Dowses Beach and Nantucket Sound. The beach is approximately 3/10th of a mile from the house, either at the end of Wianno Ave or Dowses Beach. There is also a saltwater pond with a small dock at the edge of the property which is great for crabbing or kayaking! The landscape is beautiful with lots of space to kick a soccer ball or grab a chair to sit and read!

It is Possible to rent weekly for the fall season. Please call the owner for prices for the 2009 weekly fall season. Additional Cleaning Charge will also be assessed.
  • Off season rates beginning 9/9/09 through October 31,09.
    Winter rental begins October 31 thru Memorial Day .......this rental is furnished and only available as a full winter rental until memorial day 2009.
    after memorial day weekly rates are available until September 6,2009.
