About Proms:
We do not rent the cottage to prom goers without parental supervision. The parent must remain on the premises at all times while the prom goers are at the cottage. If you fail to abide by this rule we will send the prom goers home.
This is non-negotiable. No more than 6 persons plus a chaperon allowed.
FYI:
Sheets blanket and comforters provided.
Heat available for chilly days/nights in spring and fall.
You will arrive to a clean cottage.
Cleaning is done by the renters and checked by the owner.
All cleaning supplies are provided.
Please do not choose this cottage if you do not want to clean up after yourself.
This is a two family house.
Owner occupied second floor.
