A beautiful, cozy, beach home with a gorgeous lake view. Peaceful, quiet setting and only a short walk to the beach, After a fun-filled day at the beach, enjoy fishing right from the backyard and in the evening enjoy relaxing in the sunroom. Our home features three bedrooms with four queen size beds, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. We are located in Oceanside Village, private gated community in Surfside Beach, which includes indoor/outdoor pools, basketball, tennis courts, fishing, playground, beachfront parking.

Quiet,beautifull and

The house was cleaned except frig and the drawers for the kitchen ustencils.There is a balcony facing the lake and from the living room,you see the small pond and a lot of birds.It take 10 minutes to walk to the beach or the 2 pools and that is great for a family with childrens.When you are inthe house ,you feel that you are in the country because you are far from the street and don't see it.
We had a very pleasant stay.There are 3 bycicles and toys for the beach and small surf boards.

GREAT PLACE FOR A FAMILY

We enjoyed this place so much we decided to rent again this coming year. Our son is handicapped and we were able to still accomadate him with a little muscle. It worked out great for the rest of our family too. The home is clean, has a great open floor plan. The privacy was also very nice. I have nothing bad to say about our stay in 2008. The owners were very accomadating to us as well.

This house is beautiful with everything you could possibly need. My family and I had a great time. It is just perfect! you can walk to the beach and the pools... All types of dining and activities are only a few minutes drive away! Everything was really perfect... We would definately return!

The location and property were perfect. Just a quick scoot over to the beach made even easier with the oceanfront parking lot made availble with this property. When not at the beach enjoyment was found at the deck overlooking a pond with fountain and loads of wildlife. Heron, egret, ducks, geese and turtles. This property is positioned so it is quiet and private with lots of shade and a beatiful sun room. Everything inside is top notch and well maintained. No short cuts taken here. Furniture and beds very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Bikes were in great shape and used most everyday. The indoor swimming pool availble with property was a great ammenitiy after a long day at the beach. This rental receives a 5 star rating from this SC family who makes frequent beach visits. This property will be at the top of our list for return visits and will be recommended to others.
