This bright, spacious, luxurious home is quiet and peaceful... you would never believe that it's walking distance to amazing shopping in Beverly Hills, Robertson Blvd, West Hollywood, and the Beverly Center. It is two miles to the Grove and Century City Mall.

Tons of great restaurants (the Ivy, Matsuhisa, CPK, Locanda Veneta) also walking distance. Seriously, it's all just steps away!

Cedars-Sinai Hospital is only two blocks away.

Nestled between Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and Los Angeles, exciting yet serene and family-oriented. We are environmentally conscious and therefore have energy-efficient appliances and a Saline/solar-heated pool.

The property offers three bedrooms, 3.5 baths- recently redone with hand-made french tile, huge shower with glass doors, and a 4 foot tub. The pool cabana has a full-size bed and a twin-size bed and a full brand new bathroom and kitchenette. The house has a big, bright and comfortable formal living room with a Baby Grand Piano and fireplace, formal dining room, breakfast room, and the kitchen is recently remodeled with top of the line Miele Appliances. The washer and dryer are also Miele.

Enjoy the Saline/solar-heated pool and jacuzzi in the backyard, as well as the gurgling ponds with waterfall in the front yard.

We are a mother-daughter team.Who just love the house and its location.

We have a brand new baby boy who enjoys all the water features and loves the fan in the cabana.

We have owned this house for over 2 decades. Over the years we have remodeled the house with great attention to detail and quality. Rather than selling the house, we decided to keep it as a vacation rental because of the great location. We love the neighborhood, and we know you will too!

What makes this house unique

I love not having to drive for days and being able to walk to most anything from my Drs to anything I basically need.

We have the only real 100 % mineral water spa in Los Angeles around 2.5 miles from the house,amazing!

    Hot tub is similar to a small pool and jacuzzi, however the water is solar heated and it is the same temperature as the pool. Water constantly flows into the pool making a relaxing cascading sound. Therefore temperature is same as pool's with the possibility of heating it with new heather and electronic control. In the summer water heats to 80 plus degrees.

    We have a saline pool which feels realy nice on your skin and hair! The pool is headed by solar energy. .With the possibility of gas heating it with our brand new heater. We now have a professional child proof/safety removable fence for the safety of young children.

We are 6 guys from Sweden who rented the house and the pool-house for a week in Oct - Nov 2007 and we are fully satisfied. Proper Miele-machinery and the place of the house where it was comfortable to walk to restaurants etc was very much appreciated

My family and I have had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful house twice. The location is great, the owner is a delight, and the house really is an oasis - bright, beautifully furnished, immaculate, and feeling a world away from the busy city right outside the door. The only negative thing about staying here is having to leave!

After a hot , hectic ride from the airport, walking into this lovely quiet house was like " music to the soul " . An island of peace in the middle of an exciting , electrifying city makes for a perfectly balanced vacation . The kitchen is well equipped and the eating areas are fabulous , overlooking either the patio or the gorgeous pool which we enjoyed every day ALL day ( even a few nights actually ). The house is clean and tidy and paying for housekeeping really "pays off ".We also found it very practical to be able to do laundry at our convenience. One of the things we found most enjoyable was being able to light the chimney on the one night when it actually felt like winter...and a glass of wine really cinched it !!! The setting is elegantly simple ,the owners are polite and unfailingly helpful ,the neighborhood streets will make you want to put on some sneakers and walk...AND the shopping and restaurants within walking distance are CRAAAAAAAZZZYYYYYYY !!!! We slept like babies , "chilled out"like celebrities ,ate like royalty and shopped till we dropped...WHAT could be more perfect ?!?We are definitely looking forward to going back to L>A and specially to this private little oasis .

Beautiful Beverly Hills Retreat

We had the good fortune to stay at this lovely, spacious property over Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed our visit tremendously...we only wish we'd had more time to just sit and relax by the gorgeous private pool with deck side plush double lounger and enjoy the fantastic gardens.

The location provided easy access to all of Beverly Hills and surrounding communities off Wilshire Blvd.
Just minutes to restaurants and world class shopping.

Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances met all our expectations. Nice touches like chilled beer glasses in the freezer were especially thoughtful.

The owner was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, providing for our every need and request.
Thanks for a perfect stay and we look forward to a return trip soon with more time to enjoy everything.

Peaceful Get Away

My family and I rented this house for a few weeks while I was preparing for and recovering from surgery at Cedar Sinai. It was so healing, peaceful, clean, relaxing, and absolutely perfect for us. It's just a short 3 block walk to Cedar Sinai. Close to the mall. Close to the store. We felt safe and secure. The house was furnished with comfortable amenities. The owner was hospitable and helpful. I can't say enough about how we enjoyed it. I'd like to go back sometime for a vacation. Quiet and peaceful with Beverly Hills just around the corner. Loved it!!!
