Great base to explore the Cape

This was our first visit to the Cape from the UK, and proved to be a huge success. The house was just as per the description, really light and airy, spotlessly clean, and really well equipped (including bicycles and kids' surfboards), which was great for us as we had been limited on what we could pack into four suitcases, flying over the Atlantic.
The kids enjoyed the garden and we loved eating out on the deck at the back of the house, which was private and sheltered.
The owner was really responsive and helpful on both email and phone, so really easy to deal with, and very concerned to ensure that everything was as expected.
As first-time visitors to the Cape, we found this spot quite a useful place from which to explore much of the Cape - it's a little bit of a slog to Provincetown (circa 1.5 hour drive), but most other places (east, west or north) were easily accessible. Nearest supermarket is a circa 5 minutes drive.
