The quiet location combined with good privacy makes it an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. The accommodation comprises of three twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, a family bathroom, spacious lounge / dining room with American style fitted kitchen. The villa is tastefully furnished and well equipped throughout. Maid service is provided twice weekly. Patio door lead to shaded and open sun terraces, an 8m x 4m swimming pool with poolside shower; extensive mature gardens and lawns with off road parking. Patio furniture, sun beds and a BBQ are provided.

Son Bou beach is situated in the south of the island; it is a firm favourite with families. It is the longest beach in Menorca - nearly 3km of pale golden sand, making it ideal for sun bathing and water sports. Within the resort there are a range of bars, restaurants and several supermarkets. The beach has several beach bars with a variety of water sports equipment available to hire including jet skis, pedaloes, windsurfing boards and snorkelling equipment. Son Bou features one of the island's few discothèques; the majority of nightlife is relatively low key, being based around the restaurants, bars and hotels that offer scheduled entertainment. San Jaime, Menorca is a purpose built resort on the Son Bou beach, that caters very well for family holidays. All the necessary facilities are to hand including tennis courts, a supermarket, shops, restaurants, a medical centre and chemists. In addition the popular Club San Jaime has a water play park, with its water chutes and a maize.

So peaceful even with the children!

We had such a great holiday that we returned to this villa the next summer for our hols.
The staff are fantastic for arranging anything and the villa is so big and clean and the gardens are great.
We had a wonderful time.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in August, it has to be one of the most restful holidays we have experienced.

The accomodation was clean and the power showers were fantastic! The kitchen was well equiped and the lounge is large and cool for a rest from the afternoon sun. The restaurants were nearby and the food was lovely.

We found the washing machine door broken, we went into the office, by the time we got back to the villa the engineer was already there, wish you could get that service back home!

The staff were wonderful, all in all a great family holiday, and as the saying goes, we will be back!
