Vero Beach Furnished home. Completely renovated and decorated. Includes bed linens, towels and all kitchen items plus large and small appliances. Three TVs all with cable. High speed internet. Granite counter tops in kitchen. 3 Bedroom, 2 full bath home with pool. Full sized laundry room. Home is on the Island across from the Indian River and an easy walk or drive to beach and activities that make Vero Beach famous. You can walk 4 blocks to the city's Jaycee Park and boardwalk that has lifeguards there every day. You can also walk to the riverside park that has the Riverside Theater with professional plays, Vero Beach Art museum, fishing areas, picnic tables, events that occur under the oaks, tennis courts, and much more. If you like golf you will have to drive but the Indian River County public golf course has been rated in the top 20 public golf courses in the country. If you are looking for a quiet Florida vacation with lots of outdoor activities, this is the place for you

Fun things to visit in the area: A neat trip is to Harbor Branch oceanographic institution (about 15 minutes by car) They have the Johnson sea link submersible sub here and lots of other interesting things to check out.. . The first national wildlife refuge in the country is pelican island . Sebastian Inlet State Park is considered to have some of the best fishing and surfing on the east coast of Florida. The art museum and riverside theater are within walking distance of the home as well as the riverside park which has walking trails and boat launching facilities. If you like to hunt for Treasure, we are known as the Treasure coast because Spanish ships sunk off our coast and doubloons can be found on or beach. We also have many turtles who nest on our beach. And finally if you like baseball the best training facility in the country is at Dodger town and they have Florida grapefruit league games as well as minor league games in the summer. Possible day trips to Kennedy Space Center and Disney World.

My family and I stayed at this home for 3 months. We had a wonderful time! The home is just like we thought - the pictures were accurate, the location was perfect, and it was all at a great rate! Vero is such a wonderful place to visit - the museum, the marina, the beaches and the park were all within walking or biking distance! We would definitely use this as a seasonal rental again!

Indian River Escape

The interior of the house was well kept and comfortable for my family of seven. They supply plenty of towels(even beach towels). The house was stocked with all the dishes, pot and utensils you will need. They supplied me with a wireless router which I thought was great. When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned. I contacted the rental office and within 40 mins, the cleaning service was there. The pool was very dirty(storm the previous night). We couldn't use it for the first three days until the scheduled cleaning took place. The hot tub also needed major cleaning. You can walk to the beach, but in my opinion its better to drive and park. This house is about 2 hours from Orlando and 2.75 from Tampa. Vero beach is very well kept area. If you are looking for a place that is calming, and fairly close to the beach and attractions, this is a good home to rent. The pool is not heated, so it is very cold. The hot tub is not the best, but OK. The rental agency is very accomdating and communication was excellent.
