Association parking, marina and boat launch at Green Hill Beach. 1/2 mile from tennis courts, playground, hiking at Trustom Nature Conservatory, kayaking, surfing and swimming. Close to Block Island Ferry, shopping and other Rhode Island state beaches. Offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, eat-in kitchen, living room, and deck with barbeque. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, oven, toaster, and all the eating/drinking necessities. The living room has a couch, 2 lounge chairs, TV, DVD player, VHS player, and CD player. A telephone and wireless internet are also available. Sit back, relax with a glass of lemonade and enjoy a lovely South County summer.

Green Hill: Green Hill is a lovely exclusive area of South Kingstown. The beach house comes with access two Green Hill Beach a private beach with special parking privileges. It also comes with a beach pass to South Kingstown Town Beach located in Matunck. The cottage also has access to a local marina where small boats, canoes and kayaks can be used. It is approximately a 1/4 mile away from the house. The beach house is also located a 1/2 mile away from Green Hill Park. The park is brand new and has two beautiful tennis courts, a basketball court, a beach volleyball court and a large playground for kids. There are also hiking trails and barbeque areas for picnicking and hiking.

Memorial Day Weekend

We rented this house for Memorial day weekend 2009 and had a great time. The house was is in a very convenient location and came with everything! Green Hill beach was beautiful! The kids loved the park that was right down the street.

Great way to kick off the summer!

Cute Cottage, Close to Beach!

If you're looking for a simple beach-vacation house, this one certainly does the job. It's cozy and comfortably close to both Charlestown and Green Hill beaches. Owner was friendly and description of the property was accurate. We enjoyed our stay.
