Looking for peace and quiet? Have a large family you need to accommodate or want to bring a few friends? Then our townhouse is Perfect for your stay! Located in Holgate, we are just seven houses from the beach and three blocks from the southern end of Long Beach Island. Our unit is a reversed-living townhouse in a very quiet neighborhood. The unit sleeps eight comfortably within the four bedrooms with two queen and four twin-size beds. The unit has two and a half baths plus an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. It has all new furnishings and a completely equipped kitchen. We also provide a gas barbecue for your cooking enjoyment, 10 beach passes at the start of the season and we recently added a high speed cable modem! All it needs is you to come and enjoy the panoramic views and sunsets from the roof top deck! Please note, WE DO NOT RENT FOR WEEKENDS OR PROMS!. We require someone 25 or over to be present during the rental period! No pets allowed.
