In 18th century two storey house, central and near to magnificent Schoenbrunn castle, quiet, without lift. Excellent public transport from 30 to 200 meters from the house. Theatre, banks, supermarkets, shops, Viennese cafès and restaurants within a few meters, and one block away from the rail station and Mariahilferstrasse, Vienna's best shopping avenue. Five minutes by car to the opera house and historic centre and fifteen minutes on foot to Schoenbrunn castle and park. The 40 sq. meter flat one first floor is sunny and looks out to a playground-park across the road. Parquet floors and private central heating. Well equipped kitchen, tiled bathroom with shower, basin,bidet. WC. Room with bed-sit (double bed) and single sofa bed, wardrobe, dining table, desk, dècor curtains, TV. Sheets and towels available. Cleaning service upon request.

Notes: There is a washing machine and dryer for guests to use free of cost in the cellar of the house. Free parking at all hours, every day in the Ullmannstrasse, a few meters from the house door. The garbage and paper containers are to be found in the private courtyard of the house. The second crystal house door does not open automatically.

Appartamento in buono stato situato vicino a due fermate del metro e della tramvia. Possibilità di parcheggio auto gratuito. Zona tranquilla. Ottimi contatti con proprietario.
