This 4 bedroom, 3 bath, vacation pool home is located in the beautiful and peaceful golf course community of Highlands Reserve. The neighborhood is southwest of Disney in the Kissimmee, Davenport area of newer developments, 7-8 minutes from the new West Gate into Disney. The lanai enclosed pool with it's southern exposure is a hit year round. Easy access to all of the Disney Parks as well as Universal Studios, Sea World, and all the other Orlando area attractions. The neighborhood is built around the par 72 Highlands Reserve Golf Course, the club house is just two blocks away.

Located just southwest of Disney in a suburban/rural setting. It's only 6 miles to the brand new entrance on the west side of Disney, and 9 miles to the 'Main Gate' area were all the hotels, restaurants, and tourist traps are. Close enough for easy access and far enough for peace and quiet. It's a short quick drive to Disney and just a little further to Sea World and Universal Studios. You can hit the parks when they open, return to your vacation home in the afternoon for a swim and lunch, and return to the parks when the crowds start to thin. With esay access to I-4, it's an hour to Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center and it's a little over an hour to the Gulf Beaches. If golf or shopping is your thing, then the Orlando area is the place.

The home is comfortably furnished for your enjoyment and fully equipped, just as you would set up your own vacation home. The master suite has a king bed, private bath, with oversized tub and separate shower. The second bedroom with a queen size bed is ideal for a second couple or grandma and grandpa. The two remaining bedrooms have twin beds. The sofa in the living room is also a hide-a-bed, so the home can sleep up to a total of ten. There is a TV in every bedroom as well as the living room. There are also a couple VCRs and DVD players.

High speed broadband internet keeps you in touch with e-mails and work if necessary. There is a computer available for your use. There is also a wireless modem set up if you want to bring your own laptop. There is free, unlimited local and long distance calling.

The house has a completely equipped kitchen with all the necessities for what ever cooking you want to do. All the necessary appliances including stove, refrigerator/freezer w/ ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, etc., it's all here. There is a washer, dryer and a iron & board. A crib, extra highchair, even maid service, can all be arranged for.
